This week’s Say Yes to Holiness podcast 1:1 Conversation is with Jenny Blake--an award-winning author and podcaster who loves helping people move from friction to flow so that they can free the time they need to be able to do their best work.
This podcast was a special treat for me (and therefore a little longer than usual!) as Jenny Blake has been one of my mentors over the course of the last five years, especially by her own example of how it is possible to live a life that prioritizes what truly matters, do work to help others, and become your best self in the process.
Jenny and I spoke about her love for helping others; her life with her husband and "fur-baby" in Manhattan; and also about how her fascination for strategies that help to navigate change and the exploration of systems at the intersection of mind, body, and business have led her on an unexpected journey filled with passion, joy and tons of opportunities to make the lives of others better.
Her journey has led her to now write three books, Life After College, Pivot: The Only Move That Matters Is Your Next One, and most recently, Free Time: Lose the Busywork, Love Your Business.
We spoke about how time isn’t money, but rather is life force. And how it's possible to go from burned-out bottleneck and Chief Everything Officer to working with joy and ease, through the power of Delightfully Tiny Teams® and using the Free Time Framework of Align-Design-Assign.
But we also spoke about how to be fully present every day, build bridges and continuous discern how we can pause and ask how we can not just do our best work, but also become our best selves.
I hope that you enjoy this conversation with Jenny as much as I did in having it, especially so you can continue to do WHATEVER IT TAKES to free your time and experience the life you were created for.
