Today’s resolution suggestion is:
To seek to acquire the virtue of modesty through the advice of Fr James—watch, pray, fight and persevere. In other words, watch by cultivating awareness of wherever you struggle with lust; pray for the grace to overcome it; fight by doing your part to fight against temptation while relying upon God’s grace; and persevere even when you falter.
